Our Suppliers:

1)  Supplier’s Quality System shall be in compliance AS9100, ISO 9001, or approved by Qualicoat, Inc. 

2)   Supplier Corrective Action. All non-Conformances associated with supplier's process will trigger a Discrepant Material Report. If a Supplier Corrective Action Report (SCAR) is required, the Supplier will have 30 days to submit a corrective action plan to Qualicoat, Inc. for review and approval by Quality Manager. Any corrective action not completed in 30 days, the Quality Manager will issue a corrective action to the corrective action owner(s) for any corrective action past due. The Quality Manager will review all corrective actions and their effectiveness. After this review, if the corrective action(s) are deemed to be ineffective, the Quality Manager will issue a corrective action to the corrective action owner(s) due to the corrective action being ineffective.

3)  Supplier Production Validation. Supplier's Production equipment, tools and programs shall be validated prior to use and maintained/inspected periodically according to documented procedures. Validation prior to production use shall include verification of the first article produced to the design data/specification. Procedures and or records shall be submitted to Qualicoat upon request. 

4)  Certificate of Compliance must be sent with all shipments. 

5)  ''RIGHT OF ENTRY’’ The supplier shall allow Qualicoat, Inc., its customers, and regulatory authorities to review and verify the quality system, records, and facilities at any level of the supply chain involved in this order. The right to inspect any or all work included in this order is also reserved at any level of the supply chain involved in this order.

6)   Changes in product. Suppliers shall notify Qualicoat, Inc. of changes in product and or process definition and obtain buyer's written approval of definition change prior to delivery of changed product.

7)    All records associated with this order need to be retained 10 years minimum at any level of the supply chain involved in this order. 

8)   The supplier shall ensure that people are aware of:

          a. Their contribution to product or service conformity;

          b. Their contribution to product safety;

          c. The importance of ethical behavior. 

9)     Foreign Object Elimination (FOD)- Supplier shall take steps to mitigate contamination by foreign objects/debris throughout the manufacture, assembly, test and shipping processes. 

10)    Suppliers shall establish and maintain controls which seek to prevent the purchase and delivery of Suspect and Counterfeit Parts to Qualicoat, Inc.
